Content License

You keep ownership of inputs and outputs; we get a limited license to deliver the service.

This Content License describes the ownership and licensing arrangements for the photographs, briefs, references and other material you upload to Floori ("Inputs") and the AI-generated material previews and reveal reels we deliver back to you ("Outputs"). It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Inputs you upload

You retain all ownership of your Inputs. By uploading an Input, you grant FLOOR 1 LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and process the Input for the limited purpose of providing the Service to you. This includes sending the Input to AI providers we contract with under binding data-processing addenda. The licence ends when you close your account or delete the Input, except as needed to comply with law, defend a legal claim, or maintain anonymous, aggregated signals.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload each Input, that the Input does not infringe a third party's intellectual property rights, that the Input does not contain personal data of identifiable people without their consent, and that the Input does not depict a property you have no authorisation to use. See the Acceptable Use Policy for industry-specific rules.

2. Outputs we generate

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Outputs we generate from your Inputs. FLOOR 1 LTD does not assert copyright or any reservation of moral rights in your Outputs.

Because Outputs are AI-generated, copyright protection over them may be limited or unavailable in some jurisdictions. We do not warrant that an Output is registrable as a copyright work, that it is unique, or that no other user could receive a substantially similar Output from a similar Input. You agree that another customer may, in good faith, generate a similar Output and that this is not a breach of these Terms.

3. Permitted uses of Outputs

  • Personal decision-making about your room or surface.
  • Sharing previews with your partner, household, designer, contractor or installer for the purpose of your project.
  • Showing previews on your social media or blog provided the Output is disclosed as AI-generated and is not used in a way that misrepresents a brand.
  • Use within designer / landlord / multi-property workflows on the Design plan, including sharing with the underlying client of that workflow.

4. Prohibited uses of Outputs

  • Re-publishing as if the Output is a real photograph of an installed material.
  • Using an Output in a property listing, planning application, insurance representation or contract drawing without disclosing the AI source and adding professional verification.
  • Using an Output to imply that a registered building-materials brand has endorsed your project.
  • Training a competing AI model on Outputs.
  • Re-selling Outputs as standalone digital assets, NFTs, stock images or marketplace listings.

5. Caching and retention

We cache Inputs and Outputs for the time needed to deliver the Service and to support your workspace history. Active uploads are retained for up to 30 days unless you save them; saved projects persist for the lifetime of your account. Caches at our processors are wiped within the windows agreed in their data-processing addenda. See the Privacy Policy for full retention ranges.

6. Anonymous, aggregated signals

We may keep anonymous, aggregated signals derived from how the Service is used — for example, "X% of briefs in March mentioned herringbone". These signals contain no information that identifies you, your room or your Inputs and are used solely to improve the Service. We never sell or share these signals for advertising.

7. Takedown and copyright disputes

If you believe an Output, or content created from your Input, infringes your intellectual property rights, please email support@flooronepro.com with the URL of the content, your name and contact details, the work you believe is infringed, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content within five working days.

8. Termination of licence

The licences granted in this Content License terminate when you close your account, delete the relevant Input or Output, or breach these Terms in a way that justifies termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, takedown, and disclaimers — survive.
