Cookie Policy
Necessary, analytics, marketing — and how to manage consent.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, local storage, session storage) used by Floori on flooronepro.com and in the Floori application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Categories
We group cookies into three categories:
- Essential. Strictly necessary for the Service. They run without consent and cannot be turned off in our cookie banner. Without them sign-in, billing, fraud prevention and security features fail.
- Analytics. Help us understand which features get used, where users get stuck, and how the product performs. We process analytics events under your consent (or, where applicable, our legitimate interest with appropriate balancing).
- Marketing. Help us measure the effectiveness of campaigns and reach back out to people who started but did not complete a flow. Marketing cookies set only with explicit consent.

3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties acting as our processors. Today these include Stripe (essential), Supabase (essential), and our analytics provider (analytics). Marketing cookies, where used, are set by named providers under data-processing addenda.
4. How to control cookies
You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie banner from the footer or by clearing the floori_cookie_consent cookie. You can also block cookies from your browser settings (note that blocking essential cookies will break sign-in and checkout). On supported browsers we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies.
5. Do Not Track
Modern browsers no longer reliably emit DNT, so we do not respond to it. We do respond to GPC. If you would like a manual opt-out, email support@flooronepro.com.
6. Changes
Material updates are surfaced through the cookie banner; the current version is always available at flooronepro.com/legal/cookie-policy.
